What is PACE?
PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a comprehensive health care program designed to address the desires of seniors who wish to remain in their community while receiving needed medical and supportive services. PACE offers a continuum of care to seniors with chronic care needs while encouraging independence in their own homes for as long as possible.
