About Us

Chef Santos is a Fine Brazilian/ Italian Cuisine Restaurant featuring Antipasti, Insalate, Zuppe, Vegetarian, From the Grill, Veal, Seafood, Pasta and Pollo entrees on the menu. We also serve Chardonnay and Riesling wines. Chef Santos is a five star chef that came to the United States from Brazil in 1980. He has worked in Brazil, New York, Washington D.C., Roanoke, Va, Statesville, NC, and claimed Salisbury, NC as his home in 1995.
